Maintenance Projects – Smaller projects, primarily service type projects helping you maintain your daily operations (i.e., removal of pipe racks, a boiler, etc.)
Hurricane Response – Hurricane season runs from June to November each year. How secure is your facility? Do you have empty and obsolete tanks that could float away? Do you have loose scrap and surplus equipment scattered throughout the facility? The time to perform clean-up is before the storm enters the Gulf of Mexico. Accident Response – We have the in-house experience to assist in these clean-ups. We realize that you are suffering substantial loses while you are down. We are ready, able and willing to help on your critical path.
Homeland Security Response – Hopefully you will never need our services in this respect, but the fact remains that the Houston Ship Channel Industries are considered one of the top targets for terrorist attack in the USA. We are on standby to help should you ever need us.
Maintenance Agreements – Annual and multi-year contracts to have personnel and equipment in your plant to perform all demolition and asset recovery projects for a reduced profit margin. Additionally we accept payment in scrap metal, surplus assets or anything of value. That makes finding room for us in your budget much easier.
Plant Scrap and Bone Yards Clean-up - We can turn much of your trash into cash while simultaneously cleaning up your facility. The revenues from the clean-up can be applied to other projects when working capital is not in the budget. We can also assist you in liquidating scrap metal and surplus process equipment.
Process Equipment and Scrap Sales – We have extensive backgrounds in the sale of surplus plants, process equipment and scrap metals. This makes us more competitive, insuring that we are receiving the maximum credit from recyclable and salvageable materials generated from the project.
Partnering Arrangements – As part of our commitment to quality, we are prepared to enter into a partnering arrangement to perform many projects at a guaranteed cost offset by a guaranteed credit from salvage revenues. All revenue over that guaranteed credit will be shared with you in a pre-negotiated split. This is the ultimate win-win situation and the best way to avoid surprises to your budget.
